B4AE Index repaired

- Preserves the existing Claude/B4AE global index structure.
- Replaces only the Categories view.
- Adds 45 category cards.
- Each card has two direct links:
  1) b4ae-categories/<slug>.html
  2) b4ae-categories/<slug>_live_market.html

Install: replace your root index.html with this file. Keep the b4ae-categories folder beside it.
